Types of Placement

Clearsprings Ready Homes pride themselves in offering high quality flexible person-centred support. We offer shared accommodation and support services for young people aged between 16-25 within the Children in Care or Care Leaver setting. Young people are offered support within their own homes with day support based on their assessment needs with a minimum of 2 hours at a time.

We offer the below types of placements:

  • These are defined as same day placements, within a 24-hour period.

  • We offer placements for expectant mothers, fathers, or mothers and their children.

  • We offer placements for unaccompanied young people over the age of 16 years old.

  • We offer placements for children in Care between the ages of 16-18 with low level assessed needs.

  • We offer placements for young people placed by the local authority in the 18+ Care Leavers Service.
